INTERNET/PHONE SERVICES
First Therapy/Counseling Session (after free initial consulatation): $55/hour
Follow up Therapy Sessions/Counseling Services: $45/hour
IN PERSON SERVICES (Please note: In-person services at this time are provided to California residents ONLY. Ohio residents are provided Internet/PHONE SERVICES—please see above)
First Therapy Session (60 minutes/assessment): $145/Hour
Follow Up Therapy Sessions (50 minute sessions): $125/hour
I do offer offer a hardship provision for individual(s) who are experiencing financial difficulties. You will complete a form indicating your current financial circumstances and the amount you are able to pay. Please indicate the circumstances that make it difficult for you to pay the full rate. Also, if you could provide income documentation (i.e.: recent pay stubs, tax returns—that would be helpful)
GROUP COUNSELING/FAMILY COUNSELING
Groups (4-10 people—60 minute group): $25/per person
Family Counseling: $150/hour
Please note: In order to help local health care professionals and places of worship, I offer low cost to free workshop presentations that you believe will be helpful to your clients/patients.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED FOR ASW'S AND IMF'S: If you are need of supervision for your clinical hours for your licensure I am able to provide this service at $65/hour and also provide one on one support for licensing preparation.
